Ken's Story
Ken McAndrew is the Founder and Managing Partner of Camigo Consulting, a Growth and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) advisory firm for professional service companies in Ireland. Camigo Consulting partners with clients and their shareholders to prepare them for scaling and growth, navigate complex transactions, or plan, negotiate and execute a smooth, successful exit.

Ken established Camigo Consulting in 2022 with a vision to empower professional service firms to realise their full potential and achieve sustainable long-term growth. With over two decades of experience in international consulting and corporate strategy, Ken’s deep sectoral knowledge, practical hands-on approach and his wide international network, ensure he is a trusted partner who brings an unparalleled perspective to every client he works with.

As a Managing Director in Corporate Finance with FTI Consulting, the global advisory firm, he worked alongside a wide range of complex mergers and integrations in a variety of sectors, working to maximise client value at all stages. Earlier in his career, as a Management Consultant in Strategy at Accenture in London, Ken partnered with the world’s foremost businesses, governments, and organisations to optimise operations, accelerate revenue growth, and enhance services. Ken also spent time at SSE Airtricity as an Analytics and Retail Strategy Lead where he leveraged data analysis to inform and drive retail to enhance a business’s performance through detailed strategies.

Ken holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from University College Dublin, a Diploma in Executive Coaching and Leadership Development from UCD Smurfit Business School and a Diploma in Corporate Finance from Chartered Accountants Ireland.
